Students draw on multiple sources to identify the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander language/s that belong to their local area. They devise and research two questions that they have about the language/s, compile lists of words and then create a resource that others could use to learn these words. In an extension activity students research and analyse the prevalence of the language/s today.
