They locate and collect relevant information and present the information in a range of forms including – maps, tables, graphs and timelines. Students use their research information to write a script for a reality TV show where two families from different cities swap homes and talk about their experiences.
The geographical tools integrated in this lesson include mapping, graphs and statistics, spatial technologies and visual representation.
The geographical concepts include place, space, scale and interconnection.
