In this second stage of the investigation, students locate and organise their information, plan strategies for overcoming difficulties, and then, using a checklist, assess the suitability and reliability of their information. Graphic organisers are provided to help students organise their research notes. We also provide a work sample so students can see how the information collection process might be undertaken.
