This lesson focus is on identifying the natural features of Australia, and learning more about one feature in particular. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples use of the environment to make instruments and tools is looked at. Musical elements and approaches are included throughout the lesson with the stimulus video and some of the activities. The geographical tools of graphs and statistics and visual representations are used. The geographical concepts addressed include place, space, environment and interconnection.
